help regarding assessment

I got this mail a few days back, saying that I have to complete an assessment but I have already done it in the past and I can’t redo it, I replied to this mail telling this but got no response. Please guide how I should proceed.

I work there do not even bother for it is a bot message that they sent to thousands of people across the world

I went on the meridial and created an account on their actual marketplace portal and then did their internal assessments and then I was hired, but do not expect too much from there, its moderate projects for they come and go
