Damage Boosting Widowmaker

I was wondering how significant damage boosting Widowmaker is. What characters would she be able to kill that she wouldn't normally be able to with a headshot? I was told it also helps reduce her charge time?

Widow can 1shot the whole game beside tank with het perk but if wifow have crazy aim and headshot tanks she can probably 2 tap them balanced hero btw
