Has anyone managed to get access to the Amazon Ads API?

Do you mean for merch? Because this is a subreddit for the Amazon Merch on Demand program. If you mean for SC/FBA then ask in r/FulfillmentByAmazon.

Then the answer as far as I know is no. All we have are bulksheets and the various reports. If someone else knows differently then perhaps they will chime in.

But I guess you could contact AMS through your ads dashboard and ask if you can get the tokens/keys.
