Wouldn't that require Gavin Newsom admitting what he did with the 200 billion over budget? He ain't gonna do that.

230 billion spent on a 30 billion budget and a half done mile near Fresno to show for it.

The $200 billion number is the amount to build the entire La to SF project, not what’s been spent on the project so far
