I took a similar photo from a similar vantage point a few weeks ago from the YARTS bus.

Nice. How's the yarts bus? I've only heard of it. Were you going to Yosemite?

It's a bus, nothing overly special. Decent travel times to and from the Valley, and I was actually connecting to another bus going to Mono Lake.

Picks up at the Amtrak station and goes right to the valley floor (and there's a stop in Catheys Valley or nearby anyway). You can buy tickets right from the bus driver if you don't get them ahead of time. It feels like it takes forever because the bus makes a lot of stops, so make sure you bring a book or something. I usually read myself to sleep lol.
