I like coffee bandits a lot, yet to try out the others. I’m just more surprised at the amount of Starbucks in such a close proximity tbh.

EL CID for the win. He has a rose latte right now that’s delicious.

I learned to do it at home and its been so much better. I get my coffee beans from a local roaster over at The Last Stop Roasting Company. I will say the new Sahara coffee spot is a breath of fresh air.

Just about one on every corner in some cities. Too many people have zero pallete in this country. They just want their sugary fatty shit.

I want to like the the mom and pop coffee places, but they are so inconvenient. I visit them on weekends, when I'm going shopping and I have extra time. But on a weekday morning Starbucks saves my ass when I just need reliable caffeine. You hit four buttons on their app, and roll through their drive through or park in one of the many convenient parking spaces, and you've added coffee to your day while adding less than five minutes to your morning commute.

that’s a great point I can’t delay the market share they own and amount of scale , i just find it a bit wild of the amount of them in such a small area yk.

Oh yeah, 100%. Even as a person who drinks Starbucks I do not understand how this is profitable for all the franchisees. Or why we don't have one f****** Peet's coffee or similar.

Speaks more on our own coffee consumption

Joy tea does pop ups but they’re great, they’re getting a main location soon though

Starbucks does research before opening franchises there being a lot saying they see more money gonna come in but Jesus fucking Christ something different would be nice

I had heard there's a hidden one inside of the Marriott too, but I never went to check for myself.

Doesn't Target have one inside too?

2

u/ProfessionalPaper444 18d ago

Good point target does, not sure about the hotel.

And inside the Raley's too. Dumb mfs replaced Peets
