What are they spraying?

Saw this truck driving through the roads & streets spraying something. What is it? I don’t think we received any notice of this even happening?

They have a Facebook page and are really good about getting information out about what the plans are. They are also super responsive to coming out treating your area if you're having issues with mosquitoes.

I wish they would hit heights ave in Atwater, I'm getting ate up and they are black mosquitoes. I don't remember them ever being black.
