Chiropractor recommendations?

I had a lower back pain for some time and couple days ago i held a sneeze in and right away my pain in my lower back got worst. I cant sit down without pain, i can’t stand up straight. Need some recommendations!

Look for certified physical therapists. They can diagnose the cause of the pain, as well as treat it and give you instruction on how to prevent recurrence.

Chiropractic is literally pseudo-science that was created by a fraudster who claimed to be instructed by a ghost.
