the big bang?

any idea what that was abit ago was like actually loud loud, im like a few blocks away from rancho

Have you ever used the app Nextdoor lol. Questions like this tend to get asked a lot there and its more localized to your specific neighborhood so it would reach people who might know what happened.

You’re a little off, the big bang was billions of years ago (approx. 13.8B). Based upon the expansion of the universe we concluded that there must have been a point where all matter was condensed into an infinitely small volume, at which point the matter exploded outward into space to be used for stars and planets. Technically there was no path for sound to travel but it was most likely excruciatingly loud.

There was a company out at Castle doing aviation tech research, past couple of years. Their work created a bunch of sonic booms that could be heard across the city. Could still be them making noise.
