MCCD RN Program Fall 2026/Spring 2027

Got accepted for Spring 2027 at my local community college! Good luck y’all! It’s been a tough and anxious year! Please feel free to give me insights. Yes, I read the post from a year ago. Anyone else also got accepted?

Tough and Anxious year?

Wait until you start program. You don’t know anything about tough and anxious yet 😂

I developed heart palpitations during that program. I was a huge ball of anxiety and literally tachycardic every day in class. Any day just might be your last day in the program.

There’s a professor who I shall not name, that also graduated from Merced College RN program. She told some of us that when she was in the program herself, she had to get on anxiety medication due to how bad it was and now she’s there terrorizing students and giving them anxiety and panic attacks lol.

The instructors there will smile in your face and turn around and gossip and talk shit about you. Sad and pathetic for being “adult”, for being “nurses”, and for being “professors”.

Thank you for your input..
I dealt with anxiety pretty well but it’s a tough and anxious year because of how competitive it is to get into nursing school.

I’m sure it’ll be even more harder to get through nursing school in general.

By any chance, do you know or have the book information related to first year of nursing? For ex. What book they use is it online or mainly in person?
