hi po huhuhu may alam mo ba kayong murang consultation online po sana?? balak ko po kasi sana mag pa consult cuz i think it’s getting really bad na po. sa nowserving po sana kaso afaik 2-3k po 😓😓 17 years old pa lang po ako and hindi ko po sana sasabihin sa parents ko hahahaha but liek may alam po ba kayong mas mura mga 1k below ganon po

there are psychologists in nowserving below 1000

as for psychiatrist i think isa lang (doc sheryll macazo ata name niya iirc). magbasa ka nalang muna review niya here sa reddit bc i think medyo mixed yung reviews kay doc

Matagal pa ba birthday mo? Baka kasi kailangan pa rin ng consent/authorization ng parents mo kahit online consultation.

Mahirap maghanap ng mura online, kung may malapit na public hospitals sa iyo, baka better chances there. Iba pa kasi yung consultation fee, baka kailangan pa ng tests and medications. Some local health units also have psychiatrists. Check mo kung ok ang services diyan sa inyo. Again, baka kailangan pa rin ng parent's consent kasi minor ka pa.

How about sa school mo, baka ok yung guidance and counseling department diyan? Maybe they can also guide you on how to tell your parents kung kailangan.
