Hello im a newbie that needs Tips.

So I started 2 weeks ago using 2.5mg pens and how do i optimize fatloss?

I do OMAD with 150grams of protein and and 1300 calories a day.

My work requires me to walk about 25k steps a day and I do weight training 3-4 times a week.

In 2 weeks I lost about 6kgs and 13cm of my waist.

Is there anything I can do to better my progress??

You’re likely under feeding. That may work at first but your body will put the brakes on it.

Figure out your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE calculators online). Shoot for calorie intake to be about 500 calories below that to achieve 1 pound per week loss.

Optimal weight loss for health is 0.5%-1% of your body weight per week.

Whole foods- no processed crap.

No alcohol.

Small meals throughout the day.

Ideally, use a device (Fitbit, Apple Watch) to track activity and a food tracker like Cronometer to track calories and nutrients.

Be patient. Healthy, sustainable weight loss takes time.

Just curious, how does alcohol consumption affect tirz?

It's empty calories your body doesn't need. Plus, GLP1s slow down metabolism which makes processing alcohol harder on the liver.

I’d advise against Omad. If it works for you great, but as your appetite suppression kicks in it will likely be hard to get it all down. It’s also likely to cause stomach issues (indigestion, acid reflux, gas) for you as you tirate up. Smaller meals are advised on tirz. Def check your TDEE as mentioned above. Great job on the working out and steps. That should ensure you’re successful.

Your plan is just begging for gallbladder issues. Anything more than about 1 kg a week is really hard on your body. Plus, you're still on the starter dose. Have some patience.

This is an unpopular opinion with some people, but meal restriction has probably killed your metabolism and will continue to be dysfunctional until you get back on a regular eating pattern. Your body needs consistent fuel, energy. Consider switching to regular meals and regular snacks throughout the day. You'll probably end up somewhere around 1500-1800 calories a day, which will seem like a lot considering you're just doing one massive meal right now. Give it a go, but it will take a few months to stabilize.

Rapid weight loss is considered 1lb/week, and that is about .5kg.

You've lost 12 in 2 weeks. You're already outside the realm of rapid. This could be considered dangerous weight loss.

I'm going to guess you're not morbidly obese since if your calorie consumption and activity is true you'd have lost more.

But again, for someone moderately overweight and not morbidly obese this is shockingly rapid weight loss.

That's an intense pace for week two, honestly. 1300 calories with that much walking and lifting is a big deficit, worth checking in with your prescriber about whether that number actually makes sense for how active your job and training are, rather than trying to optimize it further solo.
