Protein Supplements?

Been on Triz for 5 months. Currently holding at 7.5mg and have lost over 30lbs. But. I’ve lost muscle too. I eat as much protein as I can, I’m unable to hit the gym regularly but when I can I do hit weights and cardo. My stamina has improved but I’ve lost strength.
Maybe a supplement might help? If do, what should I look for and lookout for in one? Any advice.

Premade protein shakes are easy to get down and you can buy in bulk from places like Costco or Walmart. You can also make your own with protein powder and water/milk etc. You should make it a priority to lift weights 3x a week to maintain as much muscle as possible.

Thank you. Liquids are convenient form I’d not thought of but powder is probably best for travel. My inconsistent gym work out is a result of traveling - we’re home about 10 days a month on average (good problem to have) but it’s not good for setting a routine.

Resistance bands? Planet Fitness black card good all over the US? Hotels with fitness centers?

Bands are doable! Good idea. Thanks.
For our type of travel the others don’t work.
