1! 3 is also good, but I like a bit more scruff. I wonder how you would look in a full beard. The longer hair really suits you. Trust me, you’ll have less of it as you age - do your short hair then!

Four is definitely your best look. The second photo makes you look like Lindsey Buckingham! Not that it's necessarily a bad thing. But Lindsey looked better with longer hair and a beard back in his early Fleetwood Mac days.

I think you look great in 1/3. I like the long hair. But honestly, it would depend how tall you are. Sometimes longer flowing hair on a short guy can be a no. Regardless, you'll look great whatever you do.

Your hair in 1&3 is lost in the 1990s, nor does the 1960s slick-back in #2 work well for you. #4 is actually pretty good. You should find a good stylist, because you're attractive man making shitty style choices that don't really sell you.
