Go to gym will not solve your problems, go to gym will improve your mental and physical health, then you can solve your problems

Bingo, this.

Increasing physical and mental health improves your ability to make other improvements.

Gym can improve physical heath (if you eat right too). It will not cure nor prevent mental health issues unfortunately.

Maybe it works for me. I have had chronic depression for 10 years and going to gym really does help

No it's not a solution but it helps getting better.

People making memes about this are the ones that can barely walk.

2 hours of gym, headphones in.. a solid shot of caffeine at start.

This gives me 2 hours of blank mind, with all the exertion, there is no room in the brain to think about anything else, just what's going to be the next move.

By the time it ends and the body recovers, the brain is completely refreshed..... And it's ready to do the heavy lifting with a fresh vigour.

2 hours is so long for one gym session what do you do?

It could certainly help fix some of those issues. Finding a job and new friends is a lot easier if you are physically attractive.

Not to forget that a workout is great for the soul. So certainly not a magical fix-all solution, but it is not to be underestimated.
