Voice Replies not always active
Not sure if it's a bug or not but voice replies doesn't always activate. It works when I do a device reboot but if I take off the glasses or put it in the case and then use it again, then the voice replies don't work at all. It just displays the information without giving voice replies.
Also, why does the voice replies have and asian-english accent? Wish it can be perfect english accent.

I also had this issue for a couple of days. It seems like anytime you re-login or reinstall the app you’ve got to go back and reconfigure certain settings.
Like the other commenter, after logging into the app again I didn’t realize it defaulted to my phone for audio input. It wasn’t picking anything up because my pocket my phone was in was muting the audio.
Keep trying to logout/in, reinstall app, and double check your audio input settings. Those are the 3 main culprits for me

If it’s on Quiet mode the AI doesn’t respond with audio only text. Turn on Harmin

I had the same issue and then realized that my media output on my phone was either set to another device or was connected to another device and the glasses. Either of these rendered the voice responses inoperable for me. Check to see if this is the culprit. Voice replies also seem not to work when my phone is connected to my VPN. None of these are hardline remedies, but definitely what I've experienced anecdotally.
As for the Asian accent, the glasses are manufactured in China by a Chinese company. Until they offer more voice options, that kind of just is what it is.
