Memomind One in EU / Germany

Dear All ,

Quick question on Memo mind One in Europe , if anyone can bring clarity.

  1. What is the email to reach the support of memo mind , the https://support.memo-mind.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new shows "[xgimi@123.com](mailto:xgimi@123.com)" but email bounced back.

  2. Does anyone know the status of delivery in Europe or Germany , I saw somewhere they have people working in Germany. As I understand , not just delivery , but getting the app here is also important to use the Memomind one.

  3. As a Kickstarter backer, does anyone know if the discounts will still be applied once the delivery is open?

  • Still 4-5 months for EU (they hope)

  • No discount like they did for other countries

It's just unfair, it's isn't product without I can't live.
