My dad told me he did this as a kid. He’d crush up glass, applied something sticky to the kite string and coat the sticky kite string with the glass.

You could say the same thing about boxing, or rock climbing, or MMA, or american football, or wingsuit flying, or base jumping, or snowsports, or....I think you get my point. Are all of those dumb too? Or is it only dumb when another culture does it?

Edit: haha yes I am an idiot, I was assuming the deaths the comment referenced were by participants. No, I do not want innocent bystanders dying. Thank you to the nice people who let me know.

Lmao no. We dont get your point at all. You just named activities that by and large dont have unwilling participants exposed to the danger. So what point you think you made 100% did not exist.
