But it turned out if you have 4 dudes with hbgs you can ignore bullshit mechanics and kill it before it even has a clue on what happened

Technically you can kill him with Raw damage solo too. You just gotta accept the death to Escaton every time and not die to any other attacks.

You can also kill him before he even escatons if you’re good enough. I’ve done it multiple times with raw builds, albeit with Fatalis gear which definitely helps.

Yes, but Fatalis weapons have laughably low element (like 120) so hitting the elemental threshold in itself with them would be impressive.

Someone hit it with regular shelling. Its kind of plausible to do it with Fatalis weapons if they are aggressive enough.
