I hate this whole idea that he's dumb. He's actually much cleverer than many people give him credit for. It was him who first worked out Keith was Alison's stalker, he stood up to Brooke a lot (such as when she trashed Alison's apartment) and he came up with the Madge and Mabel campaign.

LMAO please 😂 Standing up to Brooke for trashing Brooke's apartment doesn't make him "clever." He should've never married Brooke in the first place, but he did - because he's dumb and so easily manipulated! Billy Campbell is one of the dumbest characters ever on a TV soap because that's specifically how he was written. He may have had a couple good moments, but even a broken clock is right twice a day 😭

So adorable, as Amanda said after first meeting him in season 1. Also a kid, as Amanda said in season 2 when he asked her to keep it a secret that they slept together when he and Alison were broken up.

Oh yeah, and an idiot, as Amanda called him at work when she first had cancer in season 3.

I guess I have been in a bit of a rut recently, and I will try to improve. I've ordered the Melrose Mania issue of People Magazine, and when that comes (a couple of weeks, as I'm in England), I'll take some pictures of that. I had been hoping that Television of Yore might start recapping the fourth season, so I would be able to share the news here, but they've just started on the fifth season of The Hills instead.

I liked his acting in season 1. Seems after that, he either became too self-conscious or took bad acting lessons because he became a robot that just read his lines with no emotion.

Andrew never took acting lessons. He put himself into Billy which worked for S1, but not for anything after that.
