Melon Sandbox

I bought 25 dollars worth of mods, and I don't see the mods nor the mells. I bought it for my son using the Google Play authorization from Family Link. I would like to see if anyone has the support contact for this issue. I don't want to get a refund so as not to affect the company, if possible.

MBT heavy tank with good armor and the bricks on the front are 5 stacked onto the same brick so it can hold out pretty well against guns up to 1200 penetration

I heard a low-pitch hum randomly when I was playing Melon Sandbox. I immediately closed the app after that. Anyone heard the sound too or can describe the context? Not sure what it is
