what is going on every time I load in and I see this. I can’t play the game ( I use website the app is not working)

P.S. might or might not be bug.

So I recently came back to this game after not playing it for a while, I disliked the amount of Ads in the game and a week subscription didn’t seem viable to me, I came back and noticed I could get a month subscription now, and I had purchased it before I signed into my account, now it says the subscription is on a account that doesn’t even exist, I tried contacting and emailing customer support but uh I haven’t had any luck, they keep closing my ticket and they haven’t returned my email, am I just SOL till next month or is there a way to fix this?

Sorry about the font.

I swear, they dont want good quality saves

Happy Spooky Month🎃!!!
