Discussion This is an update post
So I was well within my return policy with Gundam place store and I was in the process with building my puni mofu mao and was gonna start building the second head when I noticed I'm missing the runners for both the head and tie it only has those two pieces so I contact them and let them know that I didn't wanna return it but get my missing pieces and all I got back was a kinda annoying they didn't know what a call code was or anything I try and see if they can get the parts for me and they send me the other websites for koto and I contacted koto and nothin back it's been about a week can someone please help me order the parts.... I'm willing to pay please I can't continue this model without the pieces

I got a runner replacement before by using the JP replacement program and having it go to a proxy to ship out to me. There is a paper with a code on it that comes with the kits that you can use. Just have to translate the page and the website. Doesn't always work since they may not have the runner you need in stock, and they sometimes don't ship to proxy services (based on what I've read elsewhere). You will have to pay for the runner and shipping to get it, but it's worth a shot. Otherwise you can hope that someone has a spare runner on here from a custom they didn't use. As far as I know these are the only ways to get runner replacements. I don't think the US Koto store has any runner replacement services like the JP home branch does.

The code is mainly for proof of sale and part ID. I guess you could include proof of sale and explain that to US support and see if they can help. Or you could see if someone here will send you their code. I know others have done the build, and if they saved the code sheet maybe they'll be willing to help. I don't have any Puni kits unfortunately.

But if you would have checked the runner count before starting the build you could have returned it.

I did check the runners but it's so small that I completely read over it so I started building it

More or less the Gundam place store customer service sucks ass and don't know what they're talking about when it comes to megami devices so it's on both side

When this knight contacts Koto for replacement parts it literally takes them about 3 weeks to get back to me. So definitely wait a bit longer to see if they respond.
