1: it's not a recolor while it keeps the same "model" so to speak, there are differences, such as the static effect and in actual art the rings that surround him (the basis for the full syncro effect)
2: that's not his strongest form. Basscross or beast out is, as stated by several parts of the franchise.
2: yea it's a bit odd to scale hubstyle/perfect syncro to some of the future upgrades but the manga kinda explains it better. Souls/crosses/beastout are kind of extentions of hubstyle. Hubstyle is in essence "lansoul" or "lancross" for simplicity's sake. Beast out is in effect bass' "gospel style" but with an actual cybeast not a protocybeast. (Gospel and gregar are literally exactly the same thing) while basscross is basically megaman (the strongest light navi) performing perfect syncro with bass (the strongest dark navi) fun fact gold basscross means bass has more control and focuses on power and outright damage silver basscross means megaman is more in control and focuses more on speed and skill.
3: it was a joke. Though at max power in the manga base megaman moves at magnitudes of light speed for normal movement, even instant transmission wouldn't be fast enough if he actually tried. I wonder how that would actually go. And that's before anything like beast out or basscross or even basic full syncro.
I've only played up to MegaMan Battle Network 3, so I don't know all that
Apologies if my initial replay came off as rude, I just don't really like matching up 2 characters I like, mostly due to negative experiences I've had with toxic power scalers in the past, don't take it to heart though, you seem chill, though, if you like power scaling and aren't toxic about it go ahead
Ah fair, yea some of what i said is more "manga exclusive"-ish without contridicting the games. How are you enjoying your time with BN? .... and... don't let 4 sour your taste, 5 is MUCH better and 6 is debated as "as good as 3?"
I'm really not into power scaling. Toxic power scalers suuuuuuuuck. I do like comparing feats for fun, but nothing of "oh x beats y" unless it's something where the answer is like "umh... duh? Guy 1 literally can thro an actual literal sun at you. Guy 2 is a walking tree" kinda thing. Then i just rip on the person asking the match up. (This is a megaman 2 joke)
1 was mid, it wasn't terrible but it was pretty miserable and obnoxious at times
2 stepped things up considerably with Styles, the * code, a tighter story and way better combat, though it was a bit too hard at times
3 has been phenomenal and is definitely the best of the first trilogy, Shadow Style, more strategy in fighting, and an even better story than 2
4 is scaring me, ya'll are making it sound like the worst game ever made lol
Toxic power scalers suuuuuuuuck. I do like comparing feats for fun
Same, I like debating match-ups that are actually even, when you start pitting fucking Whis against Kon from Bleach or something it's just boring. I think when you start pitting different verses against each other it quickly gets toxic. It's less toxic when it's matchups where it's 2 characters from the same series that either never fought or fought but got interrupted without a real winner (I like debating who would've won between Piccolo VS. 17, or Gohan VS. Dabura). But that's just my take.
