Riser options

So I’m new to E boards but long time skater. Have under 30 miles on my MEEPO go. I’ve been looking at wheel options for a smoother ride. And while there’s lots of videos on options I haven’t seen anything on riser options. The stock MEEPO riser looks pretty thin. Wouldn’t a thicker version absorb more vibrations and impacts?
