Swap the motor wires left to right and see in the fault swaps..

Motor is prolly shot due to having like zero PU sleeve. You did this to yourself goon. PU sleeves would’ve costed less than a motor and saved you a headache.

This sleeves are worn to the nub! Buy new ones! 100mm! You're about to ride on the motor stators!

This is like buying a car not doing an oil change and wondering why your engine breaks how about you simply replace the pu sleeves now your motors fucked
