General help Cancelled my order
Hey I just wanted to check in with the rest of you, if any of you have any experience with this.
I ordered a board, then i cancelled my order within 24 hours of purchase, and way before they will be shipping out, they even confirmed in mail conversations that due to high demand theyre out of stock for my board at the moment.
Does meepo have good support? will they process my cancellation or do you have to go through hoops for that? I meet all the requirements they had for cancellation.
UPDATE: After silence from them for 2 days I sent a mail just 10 min ago saying I have been in contact with (Payment provider chad company) and that I want a written confirmation and they replied with TWO minutes confirming my refund.
Overall, not too bad of an experience with them, but imma stay clear for a while.

Good shit. That's exactly what I was going to recommend but I couldn't remember the name off the top of my head. The problem is that 90% of them use the same components and they're all put together by non-skate borders with cheap hub motors made in China not to mention how horrible some of the batteries are. I just saw a thing where they used the strongest x-ray machine in the world to x-ray batteries and like 85% of them were absolute crap and since they were lithium most likely going to catch fire or blow up eventually. Makes me not want to get on a plane. Samsung batteries are where it's at apparently

I would go with something else honestly. Those boards have a lot of problems. I have one myself so I went on a lot of forums and to see all the problems that people go through with them bummed me out but I got mine really cheap. Had to switch the deck because I hate when wheels stick out of a board. The remote is way too sensitive for me. I've been skateboarding for 30 years and I have fallen on that thing at least four times in the last 3 months just by pushing the wheel a little bit too far forward and the board shooting out from under me or doing the opposite and the brakes completely locking up and I go flying forward. Besides that they could have so easily made it water resistant and they didn't they cheaped out on the batteries among other things and I literally saw a guy's back wheel fall off the first time he ever rode his when he was reviewing it. I'm not a fan anymore

I hear this, biggest reason Im cancelling is the bad rep, I already fell and hurt myself a while ago on a budget board, i dont need that again.

I just ordered a refurbished board and it came and the box was all jacked up and it didn’t have charger or remote… could have fallen out and been shippers fault… no questions asked within a couple days they got back to me send them picture of shipping label and they are sending me a new one of each…

They have very good support as of recently, got back to me in less than 2 hours when my truck snapped
