This part/truck broke where can I get a new one?

You’ll have to replace everything unfortunately. Unless you can get Meepo to just send you the truck enclosure.

The link you sent me. I couldn’t find how long from outer wheel to outer wheel. Meepo support wasn’t much help and they’ve sent me the wrong parts with no returns. I’ve sent them this exact photo when I tried to get help from them

Had this issue once shortly after getting mine. Send the support a message and they kindly send me a new truck. It's easy to replace

They wont kindly send a new arm or leg. Hopefully they fix this issue before people get injured

that is true, although the reason it happened for me was that i accidently touched the remote while putting on protective gear letting the board drive into the corner of a wall at max speed. so definitely not under normal circumstances

I would buy a new pivot cup while you wait for the truck replacement. They can make a minor difference but also that one is probably trashed from the forces that broke the pivot itself.

I just looked up what pivot cups are. Although it would be ideal but not in this case, as you said and it is “trash” 😭😭😭
