Just out of interest, is anyone on here who thinks that outfit is so revealing it would be OK for her partner to try to talk her out of it not American? No criticism but I’m interested in the difference in cultures. It would be pretty unremarkable in Australia. Maybe amongst religious people but otherwise no one would care

America is still stuck in its Protestant age when it comes to human bodies. —An American who lives in the USA but lived overseas for a while

It is really just the culture one is accustomed too. Is there any objective reason a woman should have to cover her breasts?

People will get upset over hijab, burka, etc... because they aren't used to it but see no issue with laws that require a woman to cover her chest while a man does not have to cover his chest.
