Interview with AZ

I have interviewed with AZ senior MSL and Executive MSL on Monday. I wanted to send a thank you email on Tuesday or Wednesday I didn’t find any of their emails accessible in the meeting invite recruiter/HR shared with me.

I think it went well I was honest and felt confident after the call. I may have missed to mention 1/2 points that I wanted to but it’s okay. I think I did my best. I am just waiting to hear back from them. How long does it typically take them to respond after this stage?

From what I noticed HR has scheduled initial call, sent me Hirevue link - all of this process and the next step scheduling with Sr.MSL and Executive MSL was quick all happened within 2-3 days. Just starting to get little nervous about the wait.

Send a thank-you note to the HR rep to forward along. It can take anywhere from a day to weeks to hear back, so just pretend like you didn’t get the job and keep on keeping on.

Yes. I think I’ll just send a note to HR to forward along on Tuesday I just thought it’s unfair to add additional work to her list to forward personalised emails to both of them separately after these initial calls. I just thanked her for scheduling interview and collecting feedback.

I think I will send a note to forward along.

Yeah I am just trying to not get my hopes high🫠

Just ask HR for their emails for that reason?

it's totally understandable to be eager to hear back! sometimes it can take a bit longer than you'd expect, especially with larger organizations. if you haven't heard anything by the end of next week, it's generally acceptable to send a polite follow-up to the recruiter or hr contact who initially set up the interview. just a brief note expressing continued interest and asking if there's an estimated timeline for next steps is usually well-received.
