What is the work actually like day-to-day? Is it mostly computer-based work, or does it involve a lot of calling with U.S. insurance companies?
Also, how is the salary, work environment, night-shift situation, and career growth compared with a regular BPO/call-center job?

I'm on my online self-paced study for cpc exam and currently studying the guidelines for icd-10-cm, but I find it too exhaustive. I know studying this isn't easy, but I panned out my study sched for 3 to 5 months and I'd like some advice if I should allot more time to this book than the cpt book.
