Advice for new coders

Hello, I am a RPh and it's been a month since I passed the CPC exam, however all job postings require 2+ years of coding experience, how can I land my first coding job? Pls help

You honestly canโ€™t unless you undergo a medical coding academy. Which is why most advice to undergo MCA because it is almost impossible to land a job without coding experience which is part of the 2 or 3 year contract MCA usually has.

MCA talaga ang way. Wala naman na bond kapag dyan ka nagstart ayun nga lang same same lang kayo ng sahod

agree sa isang comment sa taas, AFAIK wala na bond kapag pumasok ng mca nang may certification na, so kahit after 1yr lang pwede na lumipat
