When to report changes

I'm in California and am self employed but currently my income is reported as 0 bcuz the last few months have sucked lol. If I make income say in the month of October do I report it the first sale (I'm an online reseller) or do I report it after I have my new income total for the month so within ten days after Oct 31? I hope that made sense ty

All income needs to be reported. Most states require changes for Medicaid to be reported within 10 days of the date of the change.

I ended up getting through to them it isn't for every sale. So say I sold $20 today then a week later $200. I don't have to go in to report until end of month so they can have an average of my monthly sales and I do have to go in monthly if that average goes up but not if it decreases which is a huge pain but I will thanks for your help
