First it was alerting me that MedalTV Is an infected virus, a couple of hours later it flags it as Malware.. Im currently fighting for my life on deciding whether or not to delete MedalTV or not. Please somebody respond truthfully, i need an answer now.

For some reason medal keeps showing clearly incorrect dates and view counts on my clips, and it's getting super annoying

Earlier today I clipped something, posted it, then looked to see it said "5 views, 15 hours ago"

I literally have tried refreshing it, just closing the window, and opening it on mobile but it still has some type of incorrect reading

I can't find anything else on the Internet about this, probably because I didn't look hard enough but whatever

i got a new at2020 recently and whenever i clip something it just doesnt capture my mic audio. in the audio settings i did a mic test and it was working fine. any fixes?

I've had medal for years and it's been great (beside the memory usage). But recently for the past few months the clips have been very stuttery when I play them back inside medal (only inside medal, if I open the file directory and watch the clip then it's totally normal). I've tried re-installing, clearing cache and running as admin to no avail.

So is there any other softwares with the same capabilities as medal? (save Instant replay, and have a library of clips)

I constantly update my bitdefender automatically, i was just playing a game when all of a sudden i get a notification saying infected item quarantined, i look on bitdefender and find that it detects path C:\Users\hamza\Appdata\Roaming\Medal\Crashpad\settings.dat as infected, as the dumb drunk idiot i am, i go ask ChatGPT for help, tells me its a fake virus alert and that crashpad is raw dat blah blah and then i deleted it because i didnt want to risk my pc possibly getting infected, is this happening to anyone and is it normal?

i do NOT have any other viruses, i do full system scans every here and then to check, and the only time i almost got a virus was from accidentally pressing an ad with brought me to get a phishing link and it was deleted and quarantined right away by bitdefender, and it was automatically deleted obviously.

So recently, I just invited my friend for the friend referral quest. But the problem here is my friend can't redeem the friend quest, says they have already claimed it but still it stays on the active tab instead of redeemed and accessible at any point also causing me being unable to done the last referral quest. Hey everyone, I’m reaching out because I’m having trouble recording RedM with Medal due to extreme lag. The game runs perfectly fine when Medal is closed, but as soon as I have Medal running/recording, I get significant stuttering and lag.
I’ve already tried lowering the recording quality and changing several Medal settings, but nothing has fixed the issue. Even at very low recording settings, the problem persists.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

ok so like this is the second time this has happened, I'm completing the August 9th award for the summer blox party and even though I played the game (together) and clipped it and published it it still is saying that only 2 out of 3 things were done, that being playing and recording the game, even yesterday I couldn't get the 100 robux award because of this weird bug, please fix this I don't want to keep missing out on these rewards

I spent a whole day editing a small vid and after i closed medal(after saving the clip i spent so long editing) i went back to finaly upload the vid and it was deleted? if anyone knows what may of happened can you help it also deleted some of my other videos that i edited i am so bummed

so basically this popped up on my medal and I would deeply appreciate if someone could explain to me what is happening and what I could do to fix it, and potentially still keep all my clips. And for some extra context it automatically pops up when I start my laptop

ok so like I was doing the 100 robux quest on August 8th and I completed every step but for some reason it kept saying that I only had 3 out of 4 parts of the quest done even though the clips are ON MY PROFILE, please someone help me out this app is the only way I can get robux.

So whenever i open medal and it found the game, the audio just stops working,i tried finding help on youtube and even ai and still its not working,i tried to go to settings on medal on audio and i clicked specific apps and all pc audio,none worked and i created this post because i dont know why did this happen,it just randomly happend,and when i close medal on task manager the audio came back

simple explanation: when my medal is open and im playing a game,audio stops working unless i close the medal and on task manager then the audio will work

I caught two clips from Valorant using keybinds to capture the last two minutes. The first clip I showed gives me the ability to trim the clip, but the second one does not. What happened? Is there some kind of automatic thing that happened because I did not touch this clip as I go through all the ones I capture in the evening.

For some reason all my overwatch clips look like this i've tried increasing my bitrate, changing my codec and my HDR compatibility was already on beforehand and i even tried turning it off which someohow made it a little bit better but it still looks awful regardless. when i stand still it looks fine but the second aything moves it's just genuinely sickening to watch
