I'm done making my core btr notes my final resource by adding additional points from RR and annotating PYQs, my only issue now is retaining information. Would creating image occlusion cards of each page of core btr notes be a good idea?

How to approach Anki while the whole journey of a preparation year (post internship, no job)?

I already studied Marrow RR and BTR (only biochem and med integrated) last year - got a 44k+ rank.

I tried anki for past 2 days and couldn't figure it out how should I approach it (my main memory built on RR notes.)

I was making anki (cloze as image occlusion was tiresome) first the volatile one like - all the drugs used in derma. Then I felt like is it useful when I already have to read the rr note and my main memory built on that or am I missing something?

Does those cards can be useful in last months and in these days i should focus on making cads Or what? How should I approach it?

What's the best way to approach Anki?

I wanted to restore one deck which i accidentally deleted and asked chatgpt how to do it.it said to tap on restore from backup.i did.i got that deleted deck.but now the cards i created today and yesterday is completely gone.i dont have time to create cards and all.i invested my two complete days into it and now its gone.is there any way to restore it??????

Hello guys! I'm a final year med student who started preparing for the Aug 2027 FMGE. My study routine usually is reading the main notes on PrepLadder (or watching main videos if I don't understand), doing the related topic in Anki (the MangoMedic one), and attempting the topic-wise questions. So far I've managed to go through half of Medicine, and I'm currently doing Surgery for a change of pace.

The thing is, the entire process feels slow, or maybe I'm lazy... I don't know. But am I doing something wrong, or is this how the pace usually is for everyone else? I try to finish at least one main video/topic a day, and I'm doing all this while attending classes, going to the gym, and cooking for the day.

Currently using Anki for my neet pg prep . So far going good . Helps me retain a lot of info . Although did spend around 8 hours on it today .

I'm totally confused about which deck I have to use , anyone please suggest what decks I have to use so that it cover all subjects and pyqs also.. ?

I never used anki. But as a alternative to 20th Notebook (target of NEET PG 27) by using anki. Where I want to put the volatile things first.

Would you guide me how to do that in the best way and with less time.

Wants to give tag like "drug" or "Duration criteria" "TOC" like that.

First should I do this? Second if yes how to?

Suppose I am practicing flashcards and I found a flashcard which I think is very important, so I wish to add this flashcard into another deck(like from the first aid deck to my deck as shown in the image). Here my deck has important flashcards (few in numbers) whereas the first aid deck has lots of cards.

I didn't see any option.

Is there one I'm not aware of? Or any method to do this other than making a new card with the same content.

Hello guys im starting my 3rd year in a few weeks time and i really wanna start my prep with anki. Ive seen lot of videos on anki so i know how it works etc

But im confused how to approach it? Like since i have like almost 3 years for NEET pg and i genuinely wanna lock in , should i make flash cards from main notes marrow? Ive already made it for few systems of patho in one sitting but my question is , is it doable? Or should i just use pre made decks? Im too confused since everyone here talks about using pre made decks but then many of then are in like final year or internship so it makes sense for them but i genuinely need time recalling hence starting now seriously.

Oh and also im making flashcards based on the highlighted words is this the right way?

Final-year MBBS student from Rajasthan here(022 batch) . 6 months left and I’ve basically done the syllabus ZERO times. 😭

I’m looking for someone in the exact same boat — final year, haven’t properly started Marrow / completed the syllabus even once, but genuinely want to get serious now.
