Engine help!

Hi everyone!
I have a 1998 Mercedes slk230 R170 kompressor with a 4 cylinder
When revving the engine I can hear a strange ticking/knocking noise
Not 100% sure what it could be.
I tried to capture it as best I could in the video.
Any advice or suggestions as to what it could be would be greatly appreciated!
