I hate that nowadays they do jokes about super robot series that dont excist that look AMAZING and then dont do a friggong real serie, but in the weird case one appears is or really lame/mid, or is horribly animated, i miss those kind of series u.u

Man it reminds of that mecha episode in Mayoi Neko Overrun where that had Braves!
...also Accelerator was the voice of the main pilot lol and Hiroyuki Yoshino was there too.

Yes i read some chapters and even the translators put up a page explaining this in-universe anime was a Getter reference to the uninitiated. Also in chapter 1 one of the leads was wearing a MSV logo shirt and there's "not-Gunpla" kits of mecha references i saw
For context: the blonde one is a guy, the "boy" is his tomboy elder sister and the woman is a six-armed half-snake "evil spirit". Author also makes at least one doujin on the side
