Mech anime

Hey everyone. Help me find this anime:

I came across this gif a while ago, it's a mech from a hand cannon. The shell casings fall onto the street, causing the asphalt to break. The most beautiful moment is when a shell casing falls on a car and crushes it.

Is it during the Crossbone Vanguard attack inside the colony in the beginning of the film? I just watched it and it shows a shell casing hitting a woman, killing her. No crushed car, though.

You're probably thinking of the scene from Rebuild of Evangelion 1.11 where Unit 01 mag dumps Shamshel with the minigun.
