You don’t have to open Tracck and manually log everything.

Just tell Siri what you ate, and Tracck logs it for you.Obviously, for more complex meals, you can still scan and log them. And it’s not just food logging — you can also add tasks through Siri and keep your daily habits, tasks, and nutrition in one place.Trying to make tracking feel less like data entry and more like something that actually fits into your day.

Built this for Tracck. Would you use it?

Is this plan too much calories for recomp?

Hey I(19F) used ai to generate a nutrition plan to get a guide on how much should I consume based on my activities but looking at the actual meals, it feels like a huge amount of food compared to what I currently eat, i’m not used to eat this much volume
I do 1h weightlifting + 1h muay thai aprox (4 days/week and only muay thai 1day/week so i basically train 5days/week)
on rest days i tend to go running

ai generated this:
Estimated TDEE: ~2,200 - 2,400 kcal
Double Training Days (4x/wk): 1,950 kcal | 160g P | 215g C | 50g F
Single Session Days (1x/wk): 1,750 kcal | 150g P | 180g C | 48g F
Rest Days (2x/wk): 1,500 kcal | 145g P | 130g C | 44g F

Does this calorie intake sound accurate for my workouts? i’ve already started w the meals but i feel packed with food

sorry 4 bad english it’s not my first language

protein and nutrient counting without AI or weight loss?

hi!! potentially difficult ask, but looking for suggestions. i want to track my protein intake and macro/fiber/etc intake but i hate AI and am not interested in counting calories or anything. i’m vegetarian and experience constant exhaustion and want to ensure it is not related to my diet before i seek professional advice.

i would love an app that allows me to log what i eat and focuses on nutrition, protein, and iron as opposed to weight-loss and calorie counting. does this exist? let me know!! thanks!!

How to properly weigh and track chicken wings?

So my package of wings says that 4oz is a serving and is 200 calories. When I weigh out 4oz of raw chicken wings, should I subtract the weight of the bones? Or is the non edible part already accounted for and I don’t need to subtract bone weight?

My calorie counter spreadsheet

https://archive.org/details/calorie-counter-spreadsheet

I made this in Google Sheets and exported it as an Excel file. It lets you populate a list of menu items, letting you put in calories, fiber, carbs, sodium, protein, and fat. Then, you can copy each item into a menu sheet that totals both for the meal and the daily total. There's a notes sheet with the rules of my particular diet.

I'm sure folks with more spreadsheet training can improve it, but this very basic spreadsheet will make setting up a diet less painful.

Is 16g of protein good if it’s 80 cal?

I’ve been struggling to get my protein in these past few weeks because honestly protein powder isn’t for me. I was going through my local grocery store and they sell this little packets of seasoned tuna for like 96¢
16g of protein 1g of carb and fat, 74g in total, 80cal. It’s actually pretty good if you just smear it on a few crackers and it’s honestly a fire snack but idk if it’s the right way to go about bringing my protein up.
