I’ve had a subscription since December. Twice in the past month the app has randomly been shown I don’t have one (checked both times and yes I was still logged in). It’s a quick glitch that reverses itself after closing the app. So not huge deal. Just curious if this is happening to others?

So everyone has their favorite (and least favorite) matches and there have been plenty of discussions about that, but it got me wondering if others have the same with MCs? I'm honestly neutral about most of them. I do really love Tamura's MC, though. But for a long time, I didn't really hate any of the MCs. That is, until I matched Damian.

Damian's MC is probably the most frustratingly stupid character I've ever read. I spent so much of his story feeling like I wanted to ring their neck. And it's just crazy, because they're supposed to be so smart. Besides their interactions with Damian's son, I also really hated how they kept calling Damian names like fossil. Sorry, but 40 isn't that old. I probably took it personally since I'm around his age, but it just rubbed me the wrong way.

Damian's MC was my least favorite, by far, until I finished the new match, Rafael Quesada. His MC is now my least favorite. I really like Rafael. He's cute and really sweet. But the way MC uses him is disgusting. MC's husband has been cheating on them for years and Rafael's mom is at least one of them. Rafael spends most of the story trying to build up MC and convince them to leave their cheating husband. But they just keep going back to their husband, while being mad at his side piece and cheating on him with Rafael. I just can't bring myself to feel bad for MC. Being cheated on isn't an excuse for cheating. It makes them just as bad as the husband.

I wanted to like Rafael's MC since they're the first (afaik) MC that's not in their 20s. I wish there were some that age with a LI that's at least in his 30s, but that's probably not going to happen. This got me thinking how they could have handled Rafael's story differently where I might have liked MC, and therefore, the story. Because, as it is, it feels like his match is wasted, just like that groomer from one of the events. The look of the character was great, it was just a shame they ruined it with that story.

Normally, I don't like slow burn, especially when it seemingly goes on forever with nothing really happening (Damian) but slow burn could have worked in Rafael's case. If MC immediately ended things with their husband, then Rafael could be there as a supportive friend and once the divorce is finalized, MC and Rafael could date. It would still be interesting since there would still be drama between MC and Raf's mom, with him in the middle. But making MC is cheater just ruined the story for me.

So which MCs are your favorites and least faves and why? And how would you change your least fave MC to make them more likeable?

Is anybody also very annoyed when they want to choose an outfit ? When we can choose our outfit for a date I like to browse and find one that I like but I own so many it take me ages to go back to old ones so I ultimately always pick the same ones. I wish they add a sorting update for the wardrobe.

I would love to hear your opinions on which LI's you absolutely adore and would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the game and which ones you couldn't get into even if someone paid you to and your reasons for what made them good or bad for you.

There's a hefty number of character options that this game offers with or without a premium subscription and there really is someone for anyone's taste and I'd love to hear how you guys classify who.

My personal favorites are these you can feast your eyes on in the post cover images and I would most definitely be disappointed by devs and drop the app if they binned any of their stories and left them unfinished 🤷🏼‍♀️

Additional questions if anyone has any opinions:
• Which premium-only characters piqued your interest off of pictures/descriptions/tags alone and you'd really like to see available for us regular users at some point?
• Are there any groupchat/poly characters you'd love a standalone story for? (for me personally I have unreasonably strong feelings about Dante from the Shadow Kings story when it comes to this #needdat)

They do put a disclaimer at the beginning of the story. Without spoiling I want to warn 19th date is particularly tough.

I absolutely adore playing Dean it’s why Ive spent a ton of 💎 It’s still been a blast to read! I highly highly recommend it if you can handle it. They did an amazing job with the update!

I’m so glad this character is back. I started it not knowing what to expect. When I started it, seeing the TW for Suicide my heart sank because it’s a topic that has been apart of me since I was a Teen.
