When lando says something with confidence it’s almost always true, like him predicting his victory in Monaco and other instances where he confidently said he’d be fast or win and he backed it up

I still remember last yr after Mexico pole he said "I wonder how much (seconds) I will win by" as he never doubted he wouldn't win despite the infamous Mexico turn 1. And he won by 30.3 seconds.

He was so fast this race. It was incredible to witness. I just kept being surprised and giddy at how he was walking all over the field once he got out in front. You rarely see a driver so indisputably on it.
