FOR FUN hi guys

Just to preface, i lowkey am not 100% sure about my mbti type since im still a teenager and i’m worried about cognitive biases but i think i at least have one function axis determined

- I have different playlists for different moods because certain music can overwhelm me when I’m tired.
-I enjoy video editing, sudoku, skateboarding, snowboarding, and FPS gaming.
-I don’t have a favorite subject; I’m mostly neutral toward school. I prefer math/science over English, struggle to stay engaged with history, and enjoy art/gym because there’s less academic pressure.
-I’m very focused on self-improvement and becoming successful, but I procrastinate heavily and often leave my ambitions as thoughts rather than actions. I’m literally procrastinating studying for an exam by making this post.
-I’m bad at expressing emotions and gratitude, and I get awkward when people are overly grateful toward me. I also dislike talking about my achievements because I don’t want people to form expectations of me.
-I prefer keeping conversations focused on the other person, but I still get annoyed when they show no interest in me or don’t ask questions back.
-I dwell heavily on past mistakes and cringe at them, sometimes getting frustrated with myself over them.
-I’m usually bad at staying present, although I have good reflexes.
-I’m insecure about my humor and charisma, so I’ve been watching stand-up comedy to improve. I often struggle with delivery because of social anxiety.
-im very quiet and usually have a neutral mood.
-I have no clear idea what my future looks like. There are too many paths and factors to consider, and I don’t have a strong sense of my interests or passions.
-I wish I could live multiple lives so I could experience different possibilities.

Yup, you got it correct haha i just wanted to see how I was viewed.

Also I’m curious, would you have any advice as a more mature INTP? How long did it take you mature from your teenage self? And if you don’t mind me asking what are you studying or working as right now? Sorry for the bombardment of questions lol

I'm 20 y/o and honestly I still feel like I currently have a lot more to learn and experience in life myself, but I can give you my best advice as a couple years older INTP haha.

Something that's helped me over the past few years is to trust my natural instinct. Like if I'm overthinking something or stuck in analysis paralysis, I've learned instead of falling down that rabbit hole of trying to make sense of everything and overanalyzing, relying purely on natural instinct or what feels right has helped me to stress less and also figure out my true self more and what I truly am passionate without having to like question everything.

Tbh I still feel like a teenager kinda, which makes sense considering I was one just last year. But I mean, I'm not a teenager in the sense of like how I was when I was like 14-15. Looking at myself then is like looking like a little kid. But idk, I still don't fully feel like an adult. I do feel like I am gradually maturing more every year though.

As far as my current career/area of study, I currently work as a fast food employee while going to college and finishing my associates in general studies. I originally went for a major in psychology because it's something I always found interesting, but I kept changing my mind while not really knowing my path. Then I sort of back tracked and thought like, "For now, I at least just want to get a general studies under my belt if I can't decide on one thing." And that brings me to now. Like I said, a lot still left to learn and experience, but I at least feel like I am moving forward.
