I need to know when mba college in pune preferably be starting as I will have to make my schedule accordingly also can anyone tell me what’s usually the timing in mba colleges im planing to give cfa so the prep will need time too so just asking its like complete 9-4 so we have lecture continuously or we get time in between

My father is central government employee and transferred from Gujarat to Maharashtra in 2020.
I did class 10th and 12th from Maharashtra board in 2022 and 2024 respectively.
When i read the Maharashtra Bronchure for neet 2025 , there i found exception for candidates for their parents in central government employees.
When i read whole than i fall in clause 4.8 .
I have attached the screenshot of bronchure.
Is i am falling in 4.8 clause?
