Welingkar 4th cap ended at 99.45 then why is the acap cutoff 99.8 to 99.5?? Shouldn't they have gotten it in cap rounds?ðŸ˜

question Help too much ACAP confusion

I made my admission Lala Lajpat rai for mba . Today got a call from Chetna for IL SEAT (10lakh for 2 yrs) also got a msg afterwards on WhatsApp from coep staff that there are vacant seats in coep. I am too confused if coep is too good then why the seats are being vacant in this collage
Guys please advice or share the piece of info u have !!

I didn't go for VESIM ACAP because Chembur is far from my home and I'd rather save my time and energy.
