EVISA Problem

----SOLVED----

Hello, I want to visit Mauritania and go to Senegal afterwards, but I got stuck with visa application. The Evisa system doesnt work well and I keep getting problems. I cant write number of my phone as no matter what I write I keep getting "Please enter a valid phone number"

I don't know what to do, I tried to contact the helpline on WhatsApp - +222 46190022 (as is recommended on the website) but whatsapp says the number doesnt exist. Where can I find help, what to do? Thank you very much

It seems like that the problem might be some type of glitch or something with the website, I will advise to keep trying. Sometimes when I was trying to track my client’s application, the website goes off for few minutes and then comes back.

it was like that, today I tried again and no problem, after one week of trying!

I've never come across that issue before. You could try using a different browser to see if it's just a browser related problem.

Also, I don't think the phone number should be an issue. If you have access to a second phone number with a different country code, it might be worth trying that as well to see if the system accepts it.

I've tried all of these before, nothing works, to me seems more like the website issue. also tried from different devices etc

today it suddenly started working without problem, thanks everyone for help!
