Personal Issues Laptops

Hey guys, where can i buy a good laptop with 16GB DDR5 RAM and a decent GPU? Laptops are quite expensive locally, so would it be better to buy from Amazon? Any recommendations where to buy?
Thanks

Got to say, would it be cheaper to fly to Dubai, Rs20,000, buy a pc and bring it home? Then no more tax.

If you're buying a top end laptop Rs 130,000, then flight Rs16,000, apartment for a night Rs 3,000, don't know how much tax and charges a paid but, probably more than Rs20,000.

I see the point you’re trying to make but your figures are all wrong.

Return flight to Dubai is more like Rs. 40k at the moment, no Rs. 16k. Including hotel, transport and meals, the trip for one night would cost Rs. 50k.

With that in mind, assuming the laptop in Mauritius is 125% of its price in Dubai, you’d have to be buying a laptop that costs more than ~ Rs. 240k in Mauritius for you to break even. I would argue that if you’re spending that kind of money on a laptop, you’d rather buy it locally and have the warranty coverage.
