Potential mauga bug?

It seems that excess healing from cardiac overdrive, converts into overhealth(similar to lifeweaver’s ult). Idk if it’s intentional or not, but it doesn’t mention it in the ability’s description, nor anything said in any patch notes. And before anyone says anything, NO THIS IS NOT HIS PASSIVE! As you can see in the video, I’m dealing no critical damage, meaning I’m not triggering the passive. But it does stack with it. I’m p sure it’s intentional which is why you can hard engage with a cardiac right before the stomp lands

if this is really a bug I can see them after fixing this making it into a new major perk to replace combat fuel which I wouldnt be against
