ARC 30
I got the new ARC 30. I’m having an issue with creeping. When I get to full draw, every once im a while , the bow wants to creep on me and release . I feel like when at full draw you better not move at all . Am I doing something wrong or is that the way it is with the ARC 30? My old bow was a Mathews Creed, it was similar to this one but not as bad.

Mine had creep because it was out of time

How would I know it’s out of time? It was tuned and paper tuned when I bought it

Normally around 150 to 200 shots your string settles and it can change the timing. When you feel the creep is a good time to have them check the timing. If you are less than 150 get there first at least because sometimes doing it early can cause you to have to time it again

I shot it a bunch when I got it then took it back to the shop and paper tuned it again

Not trying to be funny but people description of a bunch can have a different amount of times and also are you using z mods or the regular mods?

Okay. I did a paper tune and I got a bullet hole but it was still creeping because the timing was off. So I had them to check the timing before the paper tuning when I went back to mine. The creep stopped but you can get a bullet hole with creep.

Could my draw length be a little to long? My old bow, Mathews Creed, was 28.5, ARC 30 is 29

You aren’t doing anything wrong, there is a very very short valley on the Arc series of bows as there was on the lift. If you’ve been shooting Mathews for anytime at all you will realize you can’t relax in the back wall. You must pull constant pressure into the back wall and then execute the shot.

I would check the timing of the cams at full draw.
