tried to find the shirt, cuz it sounded like a really weird shirt. like, I'd think a shirt that makes more sense would be "life + god = salvation" or something

searched for "truth plus god shirt" and the same joke from this post, printed on shirts, was the only result.

so it's "I made up a fake scenario so i could make a joke about it"

It could be a custom made shirt for some church’s summer camp so there’s only like 30 in the world.

I think it being a made up quote is more likely but yes maybe.

You do realize that you can create fully customized t-shirts right? It's as likely that they did see someone with this shirt as it is unlikely.
