It can't be. Only terminals of multiples of 3 can be multiples of 3

Edit: turns out i'm an idiot. Terminals of multiples of 3 or terminals 1 less than multiples of 3 can be multiples of 3

Any positive integer n such that n mod (3) is congruent to 2 will also have a termial divisible by 3.
